Eng. David K. Turya Mureeba, PE
President/CEO, and Director
David Mureeba is President and CEO of Global Electro-Comm. International, Inc., GECII. In that capacity he spearheads the company’s marketing and business development effort as well as providing executive management and technical leadership. He performs as the company's principal consultant.
David Mureeba holds a Master of Science, Electrical Engineering, M.S.E.E, a Master of Science, Engineering Management, M.S.E.M., from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas. He also completed the coursework curriculum for the doctor of engineering degree, D.Eng. He is a Texas Registered Professional Engineer, P.E. No.63332. He obtained a Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering, BSc. EE, with Honors, from Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda.
David Mureeba is also serving as the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Uganda based in Dallas and previously served as founding chairman of the Uganda North American Association, UNAA.
Joe L. Orr, J.D.
Vice President, Secretary, Legal Counsel, and Director
Joe Orr is responsible for all corporate affairs including all contract and legal affairs. Joe is the principal public relations officer for the company. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a J.D. Cocurrently he heads the law firm of "Orr & Orr Law Offices" based in Fort Worth, Texas.
Patience M. Odede
Director
Mrs. Odede is a Director at GECII and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry from Texas Woman's University, Denton, Texas.
Eng. Willy K. Niwagaba, PE
Director, Project Engineering and Consulting Services
Willy Niwagaba is a Senior Consultant, Project Manager and Director of Engineering and Consulting at Global Electro-Comm. International inc., GECII. He has led several GECII IT/Telecom teams in the consulting, planning, design, integration and implementation of engineering projects for a worldwide clientele.
Willy Niwagaba, holds an Master of Science Electrical Engineering, M.S.E.E., from University of Texas, at Arlington, an MBA from University of Dallas and a Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering, BSc. EE, with Honors, from Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda. He is a Texas Registered Professional Engineer, P.E. No.68636
James K. Tumukuratiire
Chief Financial Officer
As the company's Chief Financial Officer, James Tumukuratiire is responsible for all GECII's accounting, financial reporting and employee benefits management.
He holds a graduate diploma in Business and Finance from Fanshawe College, Ontario, Canada and a Bachelor of Commerce, B.Comm, with Honors, from Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda.
